Customers, companies and demand for ideas
Feedback is worth more when you know who it comes from. 2Sync links feedback to customers and their companies, and every idea shows who asked for it, what plan those customers are on and how much revenue they bring. That makes it easier to decide what to build first.
Customers appear on their own
When feedback arrives with an email, 2Sync creates the customer or finds an existing one. If the email domain matches a company's domain, the customer joins that company automatically. For example, all feedback from @easternbank.com addresses lands in the company "Eastern Bank".
You can also set the customer by hand: click Set customer or Change in the feedback.
Add companies
Open the Feedback inbox and click Settings.
On the Customers tab choose Companies and click + Company.
Fill in the name, the email domain, the plan and the monthly revenue.

The table shows how many customers, pieces of feedback and requested ideas each company has. Sort it by name, revenue or feedback count.
Need your own fields, like industry, city or account manager? Add them on the Company fields tab: text, number or a select list.
See demand on the idea page
Every idea and problem has a Who asks block with:
a summary: how many customers and companies asked, and their total monthly revenue;
quotes from feedback with the customer's name, company, plan and importance.

If a customer asked for something in a call, click + Customer feedback right in the block: pick the customer and write down what they said. The feedback is linked to the record immediately.
Filter by plan
The board and the table have a Requested by plan filter. Pick a plan, and only the records requested by customers of companies on that plan remain. Handy when you prepare a release for your largest customers.
FAQ
Is a company's revenue counted twice if two of its employees asked?
No. The summary counts each company once.
What happens to feedback if I delete a customer?
The feedback stays in the inbox without a customer. If you delete a company, its customers stay without a company.
